The author’s “best five list” is based on reading and research associated with his research related to his work on an up-coming publication. In other words, there are, without doubt, many equally possible selections besides the ones listed for this article. These other works are in the form of excellent books that were bypassed, mainly for the sake of limited space. In a recent work about to be released by this author he has recommended many other books, excellent works, some of which also were reviewed in this article.
